• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently we do not accept orders placed outside of the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  Please NOTE: Taxes are paid by the customer.
  We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

• How do I take care of my jewelry?

  AVOID any contact with water/lotion/perfume/sweat - jewelry will get rusty if you leave them wet or moist.

  *Clean the pieces after use with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and natural skin oils that can damage the metals.

  *Store jewelry away from sunlight and if possible in a jewelry box while not in use - direct sunlight can discolor the piece and oxygen can oxidize it.
